A.J. Manaseer
A.J. brings deep expertise in Real Estate Acquisitions, Operations, and Investment. In 2012, A.J. founded Inhabit Realty Group an investment, brokerage, and management firm focused on the multifamily asset class. A.J. also spent 6 years as Vice President of Acquisitions for The Lynd Company, a Texas-based real estate private equity firm. In 2021, A.J. began sponsoring syndications and to date has deployed over $40M. Over the course of his career, A.J. has helped clients and partners acquire over 5800 multifamily units totaling over $575M. A.J. holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Issam Dairanieh
Issam spent the last 17 years in various leadership positions in the private market financing industry and more specifically in Venture Capital. Issam led BP’s Venture capital group and managed a $250M portfolio yielding over 20% IRR’s. Currently, Issam is a venture partner in a $500M venture capital fund and an operating partner in a $14B Private Equity firm. Issam holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received executive training at Harvard.
